ABOUT ME
MARTIN FRANK
Hello!
My name is Martin Frank. I am a Biofeedback and Neurofeedback Therapist, an IHHT Trainer, and the founder of frank-training. My professional journey began with a commercial apprenticeship at an international trading company. I then went on to work in various companies and roles. One particularly formative chapter of my career was my time with an internationally active company in the health sciences sector.
Over the years, stress and constant pressure increasingly took their toll. Sleep problems, back pain, and a mind that never seemed to switch off became part of my daily life. For a long time, I tried to ignore my growing sense of exhaustion and simply keep functioning on the outside. Eventually, I reached a point where this was no longer possible. I was diagnosed with exhaustion-related depression and required inpatient treatment. After recovering mentally, I faced another major turning point: a serious mountain biking accident once again forced me to slow down, pause, and reassess my life.
These experiences fundamentally changed the way I view health. I realised that I wanted to take a new professional path and help people strengthen their physical and mental health in a sustainable way. I trained as a Biofeedback and Neurofeedback Therapist and successfully completed my qualification. I also pursued further training in Respiratory Mechanics, Respiratory Chemistry, and Intermittent Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Training (IHHT).
Today, I support people on their journey towards greater energy, performance, and well-being using modern, scientifically grounded methods.
